Ramsey Dental had been serving their community for decades—but when they decided to modernise their brand, they turned to our creative branding agency for help.
At a time when traditional dental practices were competing with the ultra-modern private practitioners, Ramsey Dental as a humble, beloved village practice desperately needed modernisation. As brand partner, our challenge was to provide a fresh brand that highlighted their expertise and kept their long-standing patients happy and attracted any new patients.
To define the brand direction, we worked closely with the owner Rachel Pennington and her partner through brand strategy. Taking in pre-existing audience insights, their service offering and vision for the business we defined a clear creative brief that would be progressive without alienating existing patients.
In our development of the visual brand identity, we created three distinct visual directions alongside some added value campaign thoughts. Ultimately, we decided on a friendly and patient-centred design that conveyed quality but still felt approachable. We created a full brand kit, guidelines, and website. The branding has recently been applied to their practice refit.
