The Challenge
As a brand design agency, we were tasked with providing RJC with strategic and creative expertise at every stage, ensuring that their end vision for the brand was consistently upheld.
RJC specifically needed our assistance in project managing, designing, and delivering all key aspects of the brand rollout and rebranded assets; all of which had to be completed in a short timeframe while maintaining the high standards required for a global brand launch. This meant that our team had daily video conferencing catchups and virtual conversations on a regular basis.
We worked closely with the business to understand their goals and objectives, before developing a design strategy that would meet their deadlines and expectations.
Visual Identity Design
We creatively redesigned RJC’s certificates, including the redesign of new standards logos. As part of our work we provided dynamic templates that allowed them to merge data from their new CRM system and publish certificates for their members. In addition, we also redesigned their core documentation and provided a blueprint for redesigning the entire suite.
In our refreshing of assets, we updated their letterhead and PR templates, alongside creating a suite of social media templates, to make it easier for their teams to update on a regular basis.
We enjoyed working closely together to make sure all new client communications were on-brand, elegant and effective.
Brand support
The new brand launched at the end of May 2020 to glowing approval across all their members. We continued to work with the Responsible Jewellery Council to ensure the brand is nurtured to support the goals and objectives they have set for the next 3-5 years.
