Over a two-month period, Are & Be worked closely with Responsible Jewellery Council including directly with Executive Director Iris Van der Veken, their technical team, consultant writers and communications department.
Being a super-busy team they needed us to project manage all key aspects of the brand rollout and assets that were being rebranded. This included daily catch-ups over video conferencing and regular WhatsApp communications. We maintained an empathetic and flexible relationship in light of the pressure they were under to get everything done fast. We always offered strategic and creative expertise making sure their end vision was consistently upheld.
Creatively, we overhauled their certificates including designing new standards logos. We provided dynamic templates that allowed them to merge data from their new CRM system and publish certificates for their members. We also redesigned some of their core documentation and provided a blueprint for redesigning the whole suite. We updated their letterhead and PR templates, alongside creating a suite of social media templates to make it easy for their teams to regularly update.
We enjoyed working closely to make sure all new client communications were on-brand, elegant and effective. The new brand launched at the end of May to glowing approval across all their members. We’ll be continuing to work with the Responsible Jewellery Council to ensure the brand is nurtured and flourishes as it continues its mission in 2020 and beyond.
Supporting the Responsible Jewellery Council in its mission to strive to be the recognised standards and certification organisation for supply chain integrity and sustainability in the global jewellery and watch industry – has been an absolute pleasure. We love working with brands doing something good and creating change even in the hardest of times.
