Ok, so it’s not super obvious who or what Are & Be are right? Want to learn a little more?

What
Simply put we are a branding, design and marketing company. We work with founders and leaders of small and large companies. We also specialise in supporting local creative/digital/marketing agencies in the quest to grow/change through strategic thinking and creative inspiration.

Who?
Well, Are & Be is short-hand for Rajen & Bisha, R&B. We are a creative couple from two different backgrounds; graphic design and fine art. We’ve always said we’d start something together. I’m (Rajen) a creative director and designer with two decades of experience across a range of sectors and disciplines. Bisha is an experienced Arts Psychotherapist and artist, although she is not actively involved in the business day-to-day, she is the person behind our ethos and culture.

Why?

Are & Be started in July 2019, after being made redundant from my role as Creative Director at Omobono, a leading global B2B marketing & technology agency. They were downsizing due to economic circumstances.

I found myself not happy with the jobs I was being offered and the work these agencies were doing. So, I decided to set up my own creative business. I felt I could offer my experience to a range of B2C and B2B local and global companies, having worked with global brands like Accenture, AstraZeneca, Facebook and Johnson & Johnson; and familiar house-hold names like Cadbury, Centerparcs and TK Maxx.

How?

Large agencies are a great partner but in my experience, they are oftentimes, just not agile enough or lean enough to deliver value to companies without the mega marketing budgets some big brands have. That’s where Are & Be can help – we can get you from where you are to where you want to be, with the same smart and insightful thinking without all the overheads. We build a team to fit your needs or complement your existing team. We scale our input as you grow your business.

Hopefully, that shines a bit of a light on who we are and what we do. We are keen and ready to help you move forwardz, fast.
